The Armaguerra Mod. 39 was an Italian semi-automatic rifle developed in the late 1930s by the Armaguerra Cremona company. Designed to modernize the Italian infantry's small arms, the rifle featured a gas-operated mechanism and was chambered for the 6.5x52mm Carcano cartridge, the standard round of the Italian military.
